The opening of 3GNet Network Operation Center (NOC) sets another milestone
 On Thursday, October 20, 2005, in the holy month of Ramadhan, all the employees of Tigatra and CSM set another milestone with the opening of 3GNet Network Operation Center (NOC) in CSM Compliance Center, Cikarang. The NOC, equipped with the advanced network monitoring tools, allows the NOC operators and engineers to have an around the clock network performance monitoring and evaluation. The NOC will give the statistics of bandwidth utilization both in the internet backbone and domestic network and warning system in case of failure. As a result, the 3GNet customers will feel more improvement in the speed and capacity of their internet access, plus much less downtime in the case of failure. This will allow them to have ?a better and faster internet? as said by our motto.
The ribbon cutting which marked the opening of the NOC, were done by Mr. Ibong Wirjoatmodjo and Ms. Amanda Wirjoatmodjo, both as the Directors of PT. Tigatra Komunikatama, witnessed by Mr. Subagio Wirjoatmodjo, the President Director of CSM, and all Tigatra and CSM employees.
