Q: How long is your experience in providing the network and how reputable
you are ?
A: 3GNet is the products by PT. Citra Sari Makmur (CSM) and PT. Tigatra year experience as the public network operator (satellite, cable, and wireless) and currently are serving data communication network for major corporations ( banks, financial institutions, governments, manufacturing, oil & mining, etc ). CSMs reputation as the leading network provider is proven in the customer satisfaction level all over Indonesia. CSM, together with Tigatra, in 2003, launched its first internet service which initially only to provide the internet for corporations. Due to increasing demands, currently we not only provide the services for corporations, but also for home and individual users with the introduction of 3GNet Gold.
Q: What is the coverage of 3GNet internet services ?
A: So far, we provide 3GNet Gold and Platinum only for Jakarta area and its vicinity (including Tangerang, Serpong, Depok, Cikarang, and Bogor). Currently the coverage includes every major residential and commercial area. For details, please call our Sales Office. 3GNet i-Direct, since it is a satellite system, can cover practically everywherein Indonesia. IP-Port’s coverage depends on the kind of network access, i.e. anywhere if it is satellite, and if it is terrestrial cable or radio, the location must be within CSM’s terrestrial network coverage. For details of coverage for i -Direct and IP-Port and the best solution for your location, please call our Sales & Marketing Office.
Q: What is the difference between 3GNet Gold Rp. 600.000 / month and Rp. 1.200.000 / month ?
A: Currently 3GNet Gold Rp. 600.000 is only available in Kelapa Gading and BSD area, while 3GNet Gold Rp. 1.200.000 is available all over Jabodetabek area. Both of them provide the upstream speed up to 64 kbps and downstream speed up to 384 kbps.
Q: How to subscribe for any of the 3GNet internet service ?
A: For 3GNet Gold, you can download our registration form from this web and fill it in and fax it to us or simply fill in the electronic registration form in this web. Our Sales Rep will be in touch with you soon.
To subscribe for Platinum, IP-Port and i-Direct, please call our office and our Marketing Reps will contact you for the best solution for your needs.
Q: What documents do I need to give for 3GNet Gold registration ?
A: You need to send us a copy of your ID (KTP/Passport/KIMS/SIM), a copy of latest credit card statement, and latest phone bill.
Q: What is the difference between 3GNet Gold and Platinum ?
A: Both will give you downstream speed up to 384 kbps and upstream speed up to 64 kbps. 3GNet Gold is suitable for personal users or no more than 2 PCs, while 3GNet Platinum Corporate / Warnet is suitable for Company / Warnet use
Q: Any specific hardware or investment in my side for 3GNet Gold and Platinum
A: Your PC with Ethernet card will be sufficient if you only need to connect 1 PC. You will need an Ethernet hub to distribute to more PCs. All network equipment will be supplied by us.
Q: What kind of wireless technology that you use for
3GNet Gold and Platinum ?
A: We use point to multipoint broadband wireless network.

Q: Why do we have to pay security deposit ?
A: Unlike the other provider, to maintain the quality, we put our equipment in customer site and replace it in case of malfunctions. The security deposit acts as our investment protection should anything happen to the equipment. The security deposit is refundable to the customer when the customer decides to terminate the service.
