3GNet Gold
3GNet Gold is a high speed (Broadband) internet connection service to Tier-1 IP backbone in USA, Indonesia Internet Exchange (IIX), and other Asian countries Internet Exchange. This service is presented as a collaboration from PT. Tigatra Komunikatama (Tigatra) as the internet service provider dan PT. Citra Sari Makmur (CSM) as the broadband network provider. Utilizing the state of the art technology for internet and network access, 3GNet Gold can give you a high speed, reliable internet, with high availability and competitive price.
3GNet Gold is designed and prepared as the right solution for high speed internet for standard internet applications, such as email and browsing, and any other applications, i.e. file download and Virtual Private Network (VPN), yet with reasonable price.
To use 3GNet Gold, a dedicated connection must be set up between customer’s site and Tigatra/CSM Internet Gateway. For this connection, Tigatra/CSM provides broadband wireless radio access.
The wireless access network makes it possible for the 3GNet Gold to be installed everywhere within the network coverage. Installation and activation can be done quickly with minimum effort and investment in the customer’s side.
3GNet Gold is the service given by the collaboration of Tigatra, as the internet service provider, and CSM as a well-known communication network provider in Indonesia. The quality and reliability of 3GNet Gold is always monitored by Network Management System (NMS) with 7 x 24 hours standby operators. The NMS makes it possible to do fine tuning in the network anytime and to have anticipation of network problems, which in the end would give the customer a reliable, with high uptime and minimum time to repair.
